MASTERBUILT POOLS – WIN $20,000 CASHBACK PROMOTION
1. Promoter
The promoter of the “Win $20,000 Cashback” promotion is Masterbuilt Pools ABN 82 868 978 696 (“Masterbuilt Pools” or “the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 10 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
To be eligible, customers must sign a valid contract for the purchase and installation of an eligible Masterbuilt Pool during the Promotion Period.
Contracts signed before 10 September 2026 or after 30 November 2026 are not eligible for entry into the promotion.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who enter into and sign a valid contract for the purchase and installation of an eligible Masterbuilt Pool during the Promotion Period, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Employees, directors and management of Masterbuilt Pools, participating Masterbuilt Pools dealers and other persons directly involved in conducting or determining the winner of the promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To receive an entry into the promotion, an eligible customer must:
- Sign a valid contract for the purchase and installation of an eligible Masterbuilt Pool between 10 September 2026 and 30 November 2026 inclusive;
- Purchase the Masterbuilt Pool through Masterbuilt Pools or a participating authorised Masterbuilt Pools dealer;
- Pay the required deposit in accordance with the terms of their pool contract; and
- Ensure the pool contract remains valid and proceeds to delivery and installation.
Eligible customers will automatically receive one entry into the draw for each eligible Masterbuilt Pool contract that satisfies these requirements.
No additional fee is charged to enter the promotion.
The Masterbuilt Pool must be purchased at its normal retail value.
A quote, proposal, expression of interest or payment that does not result in a signed, valid pool contract during the Promotion Period will not qualify as an entry.
5. Prize
There is one major prize of $20,000 AUD.
The winning customer will receive $20,000 cashback directly from Masterbuilt Pools.
The total prize pool is $20,000 AUD.
The prize is not transferable to another customer.
6. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid eligible entries.
The draw will take place on:

Time: 3pm
Location: 20 Drapers Road, Braemar NSW 2575
The first valid eligible entry randomly selected will be declared the winner, subject to verification of eligibility.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided with their pool contract.
The winner will be notified within 2 business days of the draw.
The winner’s name will also be published at [INSERT MASTERBUILT POOLS WEBSITE / SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE] in accordance with applicable gaming requirements.
8. Payment of the $20,000 Cashback
The $20,000 cashback will be paid directly by Masterbuilt Pools to the winning customer.
If the winning customer’s Masterbuilt Pool has already been delivered and installed at the time of the draw, the $20,000 cashback will be paid within 7 days after the winner has been verified and declared.
If the winning customer’s Masterbuilt Pool has not yet been delivered and installed at the time of the draw, the $20,000 cashback will be paid within 7 days after the customer’s Masterbuilt Pool has been delivered and installation has been completed, subject to the customer’s contract remaining valid and all required payments and contractual obligations being satisfied.
Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the winning customer.
9. Cancellation of Pool Contract
If an eligible customer’s pool contract is cancelled, terminated or otherwise does not proceed to delivery and installation, the entry associated with that contract may be deemed invalid.
If the winning customer’s pool contract is cancelled, terminated or otherwise does not proceed to delivery and installation before the cashback has been paid, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the $20,000 cashback.
Where permitted by applicable gaming laws, Masterbuilt Pools may conduct a redraw to determine another eligible winner.
10. Unclaimed Prize / Redraw
Masterbuilt Pools will make all reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
If the prize cannot be awarded because the winner cannot be located, is determined to be ineligible, or another circumstance arises that prevents the prize from being awarded, the prize will be dealt with in accordance with applicable NSW trade promotion gaming requirements.

11. Verification
Masterbuilt Pools reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry and the eligibility of each entrant.
Masterbuilt Pools may request the signed pool contract, proof of deposit, identification or other reasonable documentation to verify eligibility.
Any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.
12. Participating Dealers
The promotion applies to eligible Masterbuilt Pools purchased through participating authorised Masterbuilt Pools dealers during the Promotion Period.

13. General
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Masterbuilt Pools accepts no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete customer contact information that prevents the Promoter from contacting an entrant or winner.
If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Masterbuilt Pools prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned, Masterbuilt Pools reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to any directions or approvals required by NSW Fair Trading or other relevant regulatory authorities.
Any material changes to the promotion will be communicated as required by applicable law.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used by Masterbuilt Pools to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Masterbuilt Pools’ Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By signing an eligible Masterbuilt Pool contract during the Promotion Period and participating in this promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
